least in my opinion after reading through this training
manual, there is a message to heed: Sometimes the only
distinction between getting the job done and falling
short lies in the tenacity and mental toughness of the
individual making the effort. Starting something is one
thing; seeing it through to completion is another matter
entirely.

all, you will very seldom chase a worthwhile goal
without ‘hitting the wall’ at some point, where giving
